Abstract: ZusammenfassungInteressenkongruenz ist eine zentrale Determinante des Erlebens und Verhaltens in beruflichen Kontexten. Die Bedeutung der Interessenkongruenz in schulischen Kontexten mit spezifischen Schwerpunkten wurde bis dato nicht genauer untersucht, obwohl entsprechende Angebote unter anderem mit dem Ziel eingeführt wurden, die Erprobung beruflicher Interessen zu ermöglichen.
