В итоге было получено 11 статей с количественными исследованиями реактив ной мобилизации права [Gottfredson, Hindelang, 1979a;Braithwaite, Biles, 1980;Doyle, Luckenbill, 1991;Avakame, Fyfe, McCoy, 1999;Copes et al, 2001;Holtfreter, 2008;ClayWarner, McMahonHoward, 2009;Kuo et al, 2012;Xie, Lauritsen, 2012;Graham, Borg, Miller, 2013;Golladay, 2017]. Это не удивляет, так как концепция мобилизации права в итоге оказалась встроена в общую теорию: право в принципе не может функционировать без мобилизации.…”
