Abstract:We disclose a direct approach to the diastereoselective synthesis of phosphorus substituted N-acylaziridines based on a one-pot ZnCl2-catalyzed Joullié–Ugi three-component reaction of phosphorylated 2H-azirines, carboxylic acids and isocyanides.
