Horwitz [15] beließ die Fibula dorsal weichteilgestielt und klappte sie am Ende des Eingriffs zurück, nachdem er die mediale Kortikalis des Außenknöchels und die Incisura fibulae der Tibia sowie die laterale Taluswange angefrischt hatte; er fixierte das Fibulafragment mit transossären Nähten.…”
