Diamond-gold nanohybrids – an enhanced cathode material for field electron emitter applications

Abstract: This work aims to review the enhancement of electrical conductivity and field electron emission (FEE) properties of ultrananocrystalline diamond (UNCD) films as a function of gold ion implantation content.
