Abstract:Converting ambient vibration energy into electrical energy is a potential technology for powering wireless sensor networks (WSNs). In this paper, an electromagnetic vibration energy harvester (EVEH) based on a diamagnetic levitation system is proposed for harvesting energy from ultralow-frequency, broadband vibration sources. In this design, a diamagnetic levitation structure is utilized to reduce the operating frequency, and mechanical impact is effectively introduced to broaden the working bandwidth. A simul… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
