The 21st century is the century of technological breakthrough. The development of technology has gradually developed into the digitalization of all spheres of human life. The emergence of new and improvement of existing ways of human interaction leads to the need for legal regulation of the changes that have occurred. In addition, digitalization today has also become a part of the legal component of our lives, gradually crowding out the human resource. The mechanism of law-making has also become at the center of the scientific research of many scientists-researchers, which is explained by the fact that the legal regulation of social relations originates from the source material, which is a normative legal act, a legal custom or an applicant. This scientific study examines the problems and gaps in legal science in terms of the development of information technologies, and also analyzes the risk of gradual replacement of human resources in the field of jurisprudence by information technologies, including artificial intelligence.

Аннотация. Цель. Выявить основные компоненты содержания регулятивов организации практикоориентированного образования в вузе, когда стремительно изменяются условия и факторы развития всех сторон жизни общества. Процедура и методы. В статье осуществлено выявление причин, которые препятствуют формированию в вузах практико-ориентированного образования, а также проведён анализ и оценка регулятивов, которые следует применять при создании учебного процесса, соответствующего заявленному виду образования. В работе использовались методы: аналогии, сравнительный, обобщения, системный, интерпретации результатов, мысленного эксперимента. Результаты. В исследовании уточняется содержание ряда регулятивов, относящихся к методологии организации образовательного процесса в вузах, раскрыты их основные компоненты, выявлена фактическая роль принципов организации процессов научения и воспитания в вузе при решении ими задач формирования компетентностных выпускников, способных эффективно включаться в профессиональную деятельность с учётом требований общественной практики развития страны и мира в целом. Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Результаты исследования вносят вклад в методологию организации социальных образований, а также в практику образовательной деятельности вузов.
