Diagnostic Value of Thoracoscopic Pleural Biopsy for Pleurisy Under Local Anaesthesia

Abstract: Pleural biopsy by thoracoscopy under local anaesthesia should be actively carried out in patients with pleurisy, because the technique has a high diagnostic rate and can be easily and safely carried out.
