Diagnostic value of frozen section examination of sentinel lymph nodes in early-stage cervical cancer at the time of ultrastaging

Abstract: Objectives. We aimed to assess the diagnostic value of frozen-section pathologic examination (FSE) of sentinel lymph nodes (SLN) in patients with early-stage cervical cancer. Methods. At present, IFSE is widely used in breast, lung, uterine, thyroid, and other tissues, and provides a reliable basis for pathological diagnosis (12)(13)(14)(15).
