Abstract:Background: The accurate UTI diagnosis is crucial in the laboratory.
Objective: The objective was to assess the sensitivity and specificity of the nitrite test, leukocyte esterase, both nitrite and leukocyte esterase, and urine microscopy in UTI diagnosis.
