It is one of the most difficult things to feel the lump in the abdomen at times. I would like to suggest that the child is turned in the knee 'and elbow position, and, as the abdominal wall is usually completely relaxed, the lump is usually felt, because it literally falls into the hand.-I am, etc., Dartford.
