Abstract: Diagnosing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) can often be challenging, and differentiating between Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis can be particularly difficult. Diagnostic procedures for IBD include laboratory tests, endoscopy, pathological tests, and imaging tests.
