Abstract:Introduction. Millard-Gubler syndrome (MGS), also known as the ventral pontine syndrome or hemiplegic syndrome, is one of the classical crossed syndromes characterized by a unilateral lesion of the basal portion of the caudal part of the pons. MGS manifests as ipsilateral palsy of CN VI and VII with contralateral hemiplegia.
