Diagnostic evaluation of pancytopenia - a prospective institutional study in North-East India

Abstract: Introduction: Pancytopenia, the simultaneous reduction of all the three formed elements of blood, is diverse in its etiology. Full clinico-hematopathological work up is crucial in each case.
