Diagnostic dilemmas due to fish bone ingestion: Case report & literature review

Abstract: HighlightsPre-operative diagnosis of fish bone perforation of the bowel is difficult.It usually mimics common abdominal pathology.A low threshold must be maintained to perform a diagnostic laparoscopy.
