Abstract:Drug-induced vasculitis can rarely cause inflammation and necrosis of blood vessel walls of both kidney and lung tissue. Diagnosis is challenging because of the lack of difference between systemic and drug-induced vasculitis in clinical presentation, immunological workup and pathological findings.
