“…In my study,in table-6 (Laparoscopic Findings) the commonest abnormality in laparoscopy was tubal pathology (36%) in both primary and secondary infertility cases followed by ovarian pathology (17%) in primary infertility cases and adnexal adhesions (5%) in secondary infertility cases.
