Diagnostic accuracy of endoscopy in determining rectal tumor proximity to the peritoneal reflection

Abstract: Treatment of invasive rectal adenocarcinoma is strati ed into upfront surgery versus neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, in part, based on tumor distance from the anal verge (AV).
