Diagnostic Accuracy of Endoscopy in Determining Rectal Tumor Proximity to the Peritoneal Reflection

Abstract: Purpose Treatment of invasive rectal adenocarcinoma is stratified into upfront surgery versus neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy, in part, based on tumor distance from the anal verge (AV).
