Diagnosis: subcutaneous myxopapillary ependymoma

Abstract: Discussion MRI demonstrated a 6.7 × 6 × 6 cm lobular fluid signal intensity mass arising from the midline natal cleft abutting the coccyx, with multiple hypointense internal septa (Fig. 1).
