Diagnosis Sepsis Neonatal

Abstract: Sepsis adalah respon sistemik terhadap infeksi yang disebabkan oleh bakteri, virus, jamur,protozoa atau ricketsia. Insiden sepsis pada neonatus rendah yaitu 1-8 perseribu kelahiranhidup, namun angka kematian lebih dari 20-50 % kasus. Tidak ada satupun pemeriksaantunggal laboratorium yang dapat dipakai untuk diagnosis sepsis neonatal. Skor hematologiRodwell dan atau pemeriksaan imunologi sIL2R dapat dipakai sebagai alat diagnostiksepsis neonatal.
