Diagnosis of primary peritoneal high‐grade serous carcinoma in a man by cytology

Abstract: Primary peritoneal serous carcinoma (PPSC) is an uncommon entity, almost exclusively diagnosed in women. In this case report, we present the clinical, radiographic, cytomorphologic, histologic and immunohistochemical (IHC) findings of a primary peritoneal high grade serous carcinoma (PPSC) in a 70‐year‐old male with a history of prostatic adenocarcinoma.
