Abstract: Introduction: Central nervous system (CNS) tuberculous are the most dangerous form of extrapulmonary TB. CNS tuberculous can present as meningoencephalitis, intracranial tuberculomas, and vasculitis. CNS tuberculous accounts for about 1% of all TB cases and is associated with high mortality.
