Abstract: Background Uterine artery pseudoaneurysm (UAP) is a rare but potentially life-threatening complication of traumatic pelvic operations and non-traumatic delivery/abortion. Due to the lack of awareness, UAP is often diagnosed after the occurrence of paroxysmal massive vaginal bleeding.
