Diagnosis and Treatment in Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease – Possibilities and Limitations

Abstract: In children’s first year of life it is mandatory to make a difference between physiological gastroesophageal reflux (GER) and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), in order to avoid an aggressive pharmacologic therapy.
