Diagnosis and Grading of Diabetic Retinopathy using Deep Learning

Abstract: Diabetic retinopathy (DR), which causes tissue on the eye that damages visibility, is a common complication of type-2 diabetes. If it is not discovered in time, total blindness might occur.
