Diagnosis and current management of Crohn's disease

Abstract: Crohn′s disease is a chronic inflammatory disease that can affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract, from mouth to anus. Extra-intestinal presentations, although less common, can also occur. Diagnosis may therefore be difficult as the presentation can differ greatly between patients.
