Diabetic Retinopathy Detection Using Classical-Quantum Transfer Learning Approach and Probability Model

Abstract: Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is a common complication of diabetes mellitus that causes lesions on the retina that affect vision. Late detection of DR can lead to irreversible blindness.
