Abstract: Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a rare and potentially life-threatening blood disorder caused by a deficiency or dysfunction of ADAMTS13 and can occur secondary to various conditions, including autoimmune diseases, infections, medications, pregnancy, and malignancies.
