Diabetic foot syndrome in elderly patients

Abstract: SummaryIn elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and mild deterioration of the lower extremities, peripheral artery disease and diabetic peripheral neuropathy may contribute to the development of a diabetic foot syndrome.
