Diabetic neuropathy (DN) is a common complication of long-standing cases of diabetes mellitus. If this condition is not treated in time, it may lead to clawing of the toes, neuropathic ulcers, Charcot foot, erectile dysfunction, etc., which are more dangerous for health. The prevalence of hyperuricemia was quite high in type 2 diabetes patients. Homeopathy offers safe and effective management of these cases with its holistic approaches. This article presents a case of DN associated with hyperuricemia, reported with complaints of tingling, prickling, and numbness sensations on both sides of the extremities, mainly the left hand and left leg, for the last 4 months. She has also suffered from pain in both knee joints for the last 4 months. The laboratory report of the case at baseline and after treatment was taken as objective evidence. The outcome was assessed using the DN symptom score, the Measure Yourself Medical Outcome Profile 2 score, and the outcome related to the impact on daily living (ORIDL) score. This case report demonstrates a positive result of individualized homeopathic medicine in the management of DN with hyperuricemia within a plausible time frame.
