Diabetes Self-Management Education Support Healthy Teaching Kitchen Cooking Classes Delivered Using a Telehealth Technology

Abstract: Purpose The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) among veterans with diabetes using the Healthy Teaching Kitchen (HTK) by means of telehealth communication.
