Dexmedetomidine Versus Midazolam on Cough and Recovery Quality After Partial and Total Laryngectomy – a Randomized Controlled Trial

Abstract: Backgroundː During emergence from anesthesia after partial and total laryngectomy, excessive airway reflex and systemic hypertension may lead to pneumoderm, hemorrhage or pneumothorax.
