Dexmedetomidine as an anaesthetic adjunct for total intravenous anaesthesia in patients with xeroderma pigmentosum.

Abstract: Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP) is a rare autosomal recessive disease, caused by a molecular defect in nucleotide excision repair (NER) genes.
