Dexamethasone Prophylaxis on Incidences of Post-Operative Nausea and Vomiting (Ponv) in Patients Undergoing Gynecological Surgeries Under Spinal Anesthesia

Abstract: Nausea and vomiting are the most common distressing symptom in the post-operative period. It can result in delayed hospital discharge and increased hospital cost.
