Device challenges for biodetection

Abstract: Optical characterization of nitride semiconductors and device testing of ultraviolet emitters and detectors comprised of these materials are employed in addressing the challenges faced in developing semiconductor-based, compact, lowcost, low-power-consumption biodetection systems.
