Abstract: Background:: FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) is a commonly mutated gene in acute myeloid leukemia. As a receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK), FLT3 plays a role in the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells.
