The described assay aims to develop accurate simple, sensitive procedure for the detection of MCN in bulk and dosage forms using spectrophotometric technique by utilizing readily available chemical coupling p-dimethylaminobenzal-dehyde, which has been successfully utilized for spectrophotometric detection of many raw materials [20][21][22][23].
