Abstract:Atezolizumab (ATZ) is a human monoclonal antibody, which has been granted multiple approvals from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the immunotherapy of different types of cancer. This study describes the prototype of a time‐resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA) for the quantitation of ATZ in plasma.
