In order to meet the communication requirements of photoelectric hybrid network architecture, a research based on cloud computing and big data technology is proposed. The main content of this study is based on the analysis of cloud computing and big data technology, through the study of technical characteristics, using topological optical link with bypass data structure and other methods, and finally through experiments and analysis to build the research means of cloud computing and big data technology. The experimental results show that the weights of optical links are 60, 50 and 20, respectively. When the weights of optical links become smaller, node B reaches the paths of the six destination nodes. More paths can be transmitted through optical links, and the size of the range of nearby links can be controlled, which is feasible for the photoelectric hybrid network structure. Conclusion: The research based on cloud computing and big data technology can meet the needs of photoelectric hybrid network structure in communication.

Assessment of Industrial Internet Platform Application in Manufacturing Enterprises: System Construction and Industrial Practice

To evaluate the effectiveness of the industrial Internet platform(IIP) applied by manufacturing enterprises, this study proposes a set of assessment systems for guiding and standardizing the application of IIP. Our assessment framework is established based on five dimensions: strategy and organization; basic conditions; platform application; business innovation; and efficiency and benefit. We collect IIP application data from more than 1400 manufacturing enterprises in China. The application performance of the IIP in manufacturing enterprises were comprehensively analyzed from different perspectives such as equipment on the cloud, industrial knowledge accumulation and reuse, and industrial APP innovative application. The research results show that the overall score of IIP application in China is 31.76 according to our assessment criterion. The breadth and depth of platform application need to be improved. Furthermore, this study provides guidance to a wide range of potential market participants, such as manufacturing enterprises, service providers and relevant policy makers, to assess the effectiveness of platform application.

The prerequisites of the market and competition requires the efficiency of production of industrial enterprises. This requirement can be met by the tools of Industry 4.0. But many enterprises have unique technological equipment without the ability to connect digital solutions such as IIoT and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA). IIoT and SCADA enables monitoring of the equipment condition, which makes it possible to monitor technological process compliance with required modes, as well as the technical state of the equipment. The paper presents the development of software and hardware systems to eliminate this gap. The paper presents the scheme of the hardware and software system for monitoring the finishing machine, which contains sensors for monitoring the technical and technological characteristics of the machine and recording, analysing and visualizing data using the Winnum Platform. The double-acting finishing machine is a special class of equipment that allows to obtain a surface with precision quality. The presented hardware and software system can be used for other finishing machines with a similar design.
