Abstract: Background: The occupational therapy profession needs a framework to guide understanding of the occupational nature of sexuality and intimacy, assessment, intervention design, and measurement of outcomes. “…Das OPISI und das OPISI~DE sind das Ergebnis eines rigorosen Prozesses, bei dem Items und Formulierungen durch eine Sichtung von 35 verschiedenen Assessments zum Thema Sexualität und Intimität entstanden sind. Die endgültige Auswahl der Items wurde durch mehrere Runden mit 15 Expert*innen erreicht, wobei eine Zustimmung von 80 Prozent pro Item erforderlich war, um in das OPISI aufgenommen zu werden 4 , 5 .
