This research aims to develop an automatic shuttlecock throwing/launcher device and reveal the suitability of this device for badminton experts and athletes. This research is research and development (R&D) research. The flow of development research carried out is 1) potential problems, 2) problem analysis, 3) initial product, 4) expert validation and revision, 5) small-scale trials and revisions, 6) large-scale trials and revisions, and 7) final product. Three experts assessed this tool, including media experts, badminton coaches, and sports experts (academics). The research subjects used in the small-scale trial stage were badminton athletes from the PB Pratama Surabaya club with 12 athletes. In comparison, 41 athletes from 4 different clubs were used in the large-scale trial stage. The research results show that this shuttlecock launcher was declared feasible from expert validation after revision, small-scale trials, and large-scale trials. From the three stages of research, a feasibility percentage value of more than 80% was obtained, so it can be concluded that the shuttlecock launcher developed has good feasibility. The conclusion is that this badminton shuttlecock throwing device with a remote control as a controller that coaches can use has been declared feasible and ready for mass production. So, it will impact increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the coaches' performance in developing the abilities of badminton athletes.

One of the learning approaches that can help answer today’s challenges of development is the STREAM learning approach. This contains a religious element that is an addition to the standard STEAM approach. This research consisted of a literature review. 52 studies were found that met the inclusion criteria. Information was obtained from these studies about the development of STREAM learning in elementary schools and its religious characteristics. According to the findings, the characteristics of the religious element in elementary school STREAM learning include: 1) placing students as learning subjects and teachers as facilitators according to the dimensions of religious beliefs and feelings; 2) exposing students to direct experiences, which are in accordance with the dimensions of the religious effect, namely actual religious practices in everyday life; 3) integrating religious values into subjects in schools that are in accordance with the dimensions of religious influence and the practice of religion of each student; 4) presenting concepts in one process that is in line with the dimensions of students’ religious knowledge; 5) linking religious elements to teaching materials or other subject matter in accordance with religious knowledge and students’ religious practice; and 6) adjusting learning outcomes to the interests, needs, and characteristics of the students, because each student’s religious beliefs and religious feelings will be different. Motivation and Momentum in Adult Online Education

The purpose of this chapter is to provide strategies for adult learners to engage in online learning and to empower themselves to succeed in online learning. In addition, this cannot be fully accomplished without some degree of faculty-student interaction. There are some strategies that work regardless of if a course is offered synchronously or asynchronously, such as time management and presence. Technology and the use of digital tools are essential in online learning and provide high motivation and participation to adult learning in an online course. In addition, technology is extremely important in our ever-advancing global market. Some strategies previously thought to be for in-person use only can be adapted to online learning. Cross-curriculum learning provides more motivation and participation when aligned with the concepts of a course.
