Development of stable isotope dilution assays for the quantitation of intra- and extracellular folate patterns of Bifidobacterium adolescentis

Abstract: Folate-producing bifidobacteria have been studied extensively but appropriate methods for detailed quantitation of intra- and extracellular pteroylmono- and pteroylpolyglutamate patterns are lacking.
