Development of road traffic control by using integrated VISSIM-MATLAB simulation environment

Abstract: The paper focuses on the simulation of signal control problems based on VISSIM microscopic simulator. VISSIM is a commonly used software in practice for diverse problems related to road traffic control. Beyond the standard use of VISSIM, advanced options are available.
