The research aims to substantiate economic factors and legal regulation of alimony obligations for minors’ maintenance in Russia, referring to other countries’ experiences and applying a questionnaire, indicators of the parents’ well-being, the satisfaction of the child’s needs, and parents’ participation in raising a child after a divorce was determined as can be seen in Russia, the USA, Germany, and France. Regression models are built reflecting the influence of the number of alimony payments, the indicator of parent’s participation in raising a child, the opportunity costs associated with the choice made by each spouse in favor of the family and children, on the integral indicator of the effectiveness of alimony obligations and its particular indicators. The results obtained have determined the guidelines for forming legal regulation of alimony obligations in Russia, which will increase the legislative efficiency of the recovery of alimony payments

PurposeThe purpose of this conceptual paper is to substantiate the idea that clusters will cope with the challenges of Industry 4.0, Industry 5.0 and remain one of the drivers for the development of the local economy.Design/methodology/approachFor the preparation of this paper, the author reviewed the literature on Cluster 4.0, Industry 4.0, Industry 5.0, green and blue recovery, as well as the future of jobs and systems. Data, reports and surveys (UN, OECD, World Economic Forum, McKinsey Global Institute, D2L, etc.) were analysed in detail, in order to create a clear picture related to the research topic. The opinions expressed in the article are depicted graphically, and were developed by the author.FindingsFirst, predictions on Industry 4.0 challenges are outlined, and the reasons as to why clusters are expected to succeed in the digital era are substantiated; second, the direction of development in the digital era is depicted in a two-dimensional plane; and third, the direction of development in digital era within the clusters is graphically presented as a system.Originality/valueFor this purpose, the author has developed a new approach to connect clusters and digitalisation with the self-designed graphical images.

1ნატალია ხარაძე, დეა ფირცხალაიშვილი2, დავით დუგლაძე3 1, 2ივანე ჯავახიშვილის სახელობის თბილისის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტი 3, საქართველოს ფიზიკური აღზრდისა და სპორტის სახელმწიფო სასწავლო უნივერსიტეტი საქართველო აკადემიური პერსონალის კარიერის მართვის ერთ-ერთი მნიშვნელოვანი საკითხია, საპენსიო ასაკში მათი ღირსეული ცხოვრების უზრუნველყოფა. აღნიშნულ საკითხთან დაკავშირებით, სხვადასხვა ქვეყანა განსხვავებული გამოწვევების წინაშე დგას. შესაბამისად, საქართველოშიც განათლების სექტორში დასაქმებულების პრობლემებიც საყურადღებოა. ჩვენ მიერ ჩატარებული კვლევაც აღნიშნულ საკითხებს მიეძღვნა. გამოკითხული იქნა წამყვან უნივერსიტეტებში მომუშავე აკადემიური პერსონალი, რომელთაგან 71.9% იყო ქალი (453). მონაცემთა დამუშავება განხორციელდა SPSS პროგრამული პაკეტის გამოყენებით. ქალთა საპენსიო საკითხები გამოკვლეულია სხვადასხვა მიმართულებით. ერთ-ერთია სამსახურის დაკარგვის შიში, რომელიც მოიცავს ფაქტორების რამდენიმე ბლოკს. პირველ ბლოკში განვიხილეთ ფინანსებთან დაკავშირებული უკიდურესად მნიშვნელოვანი პრობლემები, კერძოდ, ხარისხიანი კვება, ჯანმრთელობის შენარჩუნება, ოჯახის დახმარება და სხვა. კვლევის პროცესში ჩამოვაყალიბეთ რამდენიმე მნიშვნელოვანი ჰიპოთეზა: საპენსიო დანაზოგი (Q9) გავლენას ახდენს შემდეგ ცვლადზე - საპენსიო ასაკში სამუშაოს დაკარგვის შიში (Q8); საპენსიო დანაზოგი (Q9) გავლენას ახდენს შემდეგ ცვლადზე - ვერ შევძლებ მაღალი ხარისხის საკვების შეძენას (q14_1); საპენსიო დანაზოგი (Q9) გავლენას ახდენს შემდეგ ცვლადზე - ვერ შევინარჩუნებ ჯანმრთელობის მდგომარეობას (q14_2); საპენსიო დანაზოგი (Q9) გავლენას ახდენს შემდეგ ცვლადზე - ვერ ვიმოგზაურებ (q14_3); საპენსიო დანაზოგი (Q9) გავლენას ახდენს შემდეგ ცვლადზე –ვერ დავეხმარები ჩემს ახლობლებს (q14_4); საპენსიო დანაზოგი (Q9) გავლენას ახდენს შემდეგ ცვლადზე – ფსიქოლოგიურად რთული იქნება ჩემთვის სამუშაო ადგილის დატოვება (q14_5); საპენსიო დანაზოგი (Q9) გავლენას ახდენს შემდეგ ცვლადზე - გიფიქრიათ, როგორ გაანაწილოთ დრო, რომელიც გამოგითავისუფლდებათ პენსიაზე გასვლის შემდეგ?
