Abstract: Accurate, rapid testing platforms are essential for early detection and mitigation of late maturity α-amylase (LMA) and preharvest sprouting (PHS) in wheat. These conditions are characterized by elevated α-amylase levels and negatively impact flour quality, resulting in substantial economic losses.
