Abstract:Megaloblastic anemia (MBA) is a reversible metabolic disorder that responds well to vitamin B12 supplementation. It contrasts with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), an irreversible neoplastic condition characterized by hematopoietic stem cell abnormalities.
