Development of multiplex real-time PCR assays for differential detection of capripoxvirus, parapoxvirus, and foot-and-mouth disease virus

Abstract: This study reports the development of multiplex real-time PCR assays for differential detection of capripoxvirus (CaPV), parapoxvirus (PaPV), and foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) in sheep, goats and cattle.
