This study aims to determine whether the role of the Agribusiness Microfinance Institution (LKM-A) has an actual or significant effect on the poverty of farmer households. By using various financial instruments, especially Indonesia's aspirations towards an inclusive financial system for everyone, especially in the agricultural sector, it is very important to examine the agribusiness microfinance institutions (LKM-A) to see how much impact they have on farming communities so they can get out of poverty status. This study used a mixed method with a sample using a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 52 divided into three growing seasons (MT I, MT-II, and MT III). The analytical method used the logit or logistic regression method with the variable of interest, namely access to LKM-A debtors and ten other control variables, which are divided into financing characteristics indicators, farming characteristics indicators, and household characteristics indicators as well as qualitative findings from field interviews with respondents. The results showed that 4 out of 11 variables have a negative effect (coefficient below 1), which means that they have a relationship to reduce the risk of being poor, namely the variable access to LKMA debtors, Bank debtor access; land area, and marital status. The results of this study showed that banks have a significant effect on reducing the risk of possible poverty levels, so the government needs to provide convenience for vulnerable people, especially farmers, to be able to access LKM-A and banks and increase financial inclusion.

The Improvement and Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are priority for making economic and sustainable development where that is one of Economic foundation especially in Indonesia, beside that the small, medium enterprises as a sector which have important role because consist of full activities and can make expand employment, however and must be understanding, because of covid -19 disease give impact and change for all aspects, especially for continuity developing micro, small and medium enterprises .The purpose of research analyze and explain factors for developing which can be implemented strategy micro, small and medium enterprises in Pabuaran, Bogor city. The research of Method uses quantitative Descriptive, the source of data has been obtained by questionnaire toward fifty respondent, the data analyze has been obtained by factor analysis with data processing by determining of Index KMO, measure of sampling adequate, communalities values, total variant explained, rotated component matrix, From the result can be obtained from twenty variable have been reduced become sixteen variable, and three Factors include of resources and capabilities or process technic capacity, market regulation and SME regulation, employee skill. From the three factors can be determinant that the dominant factors for making development micro, small and medium enterprises is Resources and capabilities process Technic Capasity

This study discusses the challenges faced by MSMEs. This study focuses on the importance of innovation as a transformer for micro, small, and medium enterprises, especially in the financial sector of Central Lombok Regency. The increasingly difficult challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises are in Central Lombok Regency. This study uses a qualitative-exploratory approach. The study locus is Central Lombok Regency. Primary data collection was carried out using 3 (three) techniques. In-depth interviews were conducted with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, the financial sector, and other stakeholders involved in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises activities and ecosystems. Next, observations were carried out on activities to better understand the daily operations and challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. In an effort to confirm the data and information obtained, a focus group discussion (FGD) was then carried out as part of the triangulation technique in qualitative methods. This study finds that fostering interaction among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises is key to their growth and sustainability. Whether through traditional partnerships or digital platforms, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises can benefit from coming together to increase their competitiveness and contribute to overall economic development. Apart from that, the financial transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises through innovation opens up growth opportunities and increases competitiveness in the digital era. The government and various related parties must continue to work together to support the financial transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. This can be achieved by providing adequate digital infrastructure, fintech education and training programs, and regulations that support the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. In addition, this study recommends that the government, private sector, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, and other stakeholders work together to overcome challenges and realize financial improvements for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises through sustainable innovation in Central Lombok Regency.
