Development of Metamaterial EBG Absorbers for Application of Wireless Inter/Intrachip Communication Systems

Abstract: First, the chapter presents a novel design of electromagnetic bandgap (EBG) absorber with the characteristics of broad bandwidth, low profile, and polarization-independence to a normal incident electromagnetic wave.
